Our GrandmaSTRONG™ 'Strength & Mobility' 21-Day Challenge is an ideal way to kickstart the strength transform of your body. The challenge consists of 21 follow along 15-20min video sessions, daily encouragement and motivation emails. Hi , follow the steps below to get setup and start the challenge:

  1. Complete the Starting Assessment which should take approximately 10mins.
  2. Click the GET PREPPED lesson below and read, watch, download the prep material to setup your success.
  3. When you’re ready, click the MARK SESSION COMPLETE button inside the Get Prepped lesson to begin the workouts. 
  4. Once started you’ll gain a rolling 24hr Access to each day’s workout before it’s re-locked and access to the next day starts.
  5. The list of lessons below display’s the Current Day’s Workout you have access to.
