  1. View the How the Challenge works, Meal Suggestion Packs lesson pages below so you start the challenge from a position of readiness.

Workouts Instructions

NOTE: As this challenge is part of our STRONG ZONE Fourmula training protocol, we’ve incorporated access to Workouts every third day starting from DAY-2. If you currently have a workout routine, great, continue with that.
Whilst this workout is optional, the challenge has been specifically designed to KICKSTART and setup healthy nutrition habits for an active woman over 50, who wants to maintain lifelong strength transformation.
